  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM ET are typically processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed

5) Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


6) Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately before the order ships.

  • Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the address.

  • Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be re-shipped upon request; re‑shipping fees may apply.


7) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

  • Damaged on arrival: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, email photos and your order number to us within 3 business days so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

  • Missing items / not received: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us. We may ask you to check with household members or neighbors and to contact your local carrier branch.

  • Depending on carrier investigation results, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.


8) Taxes

  • Sales tax may be collected at checkout where required by law.


9) Force Majeure

  • Processing and delivery may be delayed by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions). We will process orders as soon as conditions permit.
